Diane "Daliana" SImons is the owner of Daliana Dance, a studio located in Greensboro, NC.  It has a unique concept of blending traditional with international dance genres.  She is Greensboro's most sought out Belly Dance Instructor and performer. She is the artistic director and choreographer for Troupe Bellysima one of the most prominent belly dance performance troupes in the southeast.  She began belly dancing at the age of twelve, and honored to be a member of a professional belly dance troupe in NY for eight years before becoming a soloist. She has formal training in Ballet, Jazz, and Tap.  She was a member of the Long Island Ballet Theater for four years.

All performers must be a workshop participant in order to perform in the hafla. A release form regarding liability and media have to be signed prior to participating in both the workshop and hafla.
